This position is based in Copenhagen, and you will join a team of three colleagues with one located in Mumbai and two in Copenhagen.

As a Communications Professional at TORM, you will play a pivotal role in engaging our 3,300 seafarers and 350 office-based colleagues, by shaping our internal communication efforts. We are looking for someone with a perfect blend of structure and creativity, who can craft compelling content, drive social media initiatives, collaborate on impactful events, and bring our corporate branding to life.
The Job
In this position, you will play an instrumental role in the communications team in our shared goal of delivering engaging communication activities whether it is on internal or external platforms. This is a newly established role offering an opportunity for you to shape and mold its direction and impact and you will report to the Head of Communications.

Your tasks will include:
- Crafting compelling content for various internal channels, delivering engaging stories and updates
- Driving our social media efforts and produce exciting content which sparks interest
- Collaborating on internal events and town halls, contributing to content production
- Working with our Finance team in our continued efforts to enhance our ESG reporting
- Assisting on media pitches, press releases, and issues management
- Maintaining and enhancing our corporate branding materials, ensuring a consistent visual identity
- Showcasing your artistic side by creating eye-catching illustrations for internal communication and social media
Your profile, qualifications, and background
You are a skilled communications professional with a relevant educational background and experience with corporate communication. We highly value personal drive and previous experience in engaging non-desk employees in an international environment.
You are/have:
- Proficient in digital communication tools and platforms, with knowledge of photo editing and simple graphical work
- Excellent English writing skills, adapting your writing style to suit diverse target groups
- Danish language skills is a plus, but not a requirement
- Familiarity with effective communication strategies on social media platforms
- Excellent interpersonal skills, thriving in an international and inclusive work environment
- Structured, yet highly creative with a flair for bringing stories to life
