Then you might be the right Student Assistant to join our Financial Planning department in Vestas.

You will join Vestas Group FP&A team, located in Copenhagen. Our main purpose is to ensure continuous financial performance focus through transparent and value focused recommendations for Vestas executive management. The department operates in a busy, international environment with cyclical reporting and ad hoc deliverables.
The department supports all EVP areas with their monthly forecasting, and you will therefore get the chance to work with senior stakeholders in the organization, creating important value for them in their decision making by providing vital information in the forecasting and analytics.
As a finance Student Worker you will be completing analysis, assist in month close reporting tasks and be responsible for minor ad hoc tasks. You should expect a high pace environment with many enthusiastic and professional finance colleagues, and you are expected to contribute with theoretical knowledge and be able to deliver in a practical context. In return, you will get the opportunity for a firsthand in depth understanding of the Vestas value chain and the complexity of the global renewables industry.
Responsibilities
- Support Financial forecasting and consolidation efforts
- Handle recurring tasks related to month end close
- Assist in monthly performance reporting
- Develop presentation material
- Ad hoc analysis
Qualifications
- Starting or currently enrolled in a relevant master's degree (Finance, Accounting, Business administration, etc.)
- Excellent at collaboration and possess team spirit
- Ambitious mindset and eagerness to learn and understand Vestas
- Open, curious and inclusive approach to colleagues
- Good communicator (fluency in English as a minimum)
