QUALIFICATION:

- Bachelor's degree in community development/social studies or, business management, finance/accounting, or related field of study.
- 3-year experience in developing projects or social services in general is an advantage.
- Budget project monitoring and evaluation skills.
- Willing to travel for project site visits as needed.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:
- Probationary period P450/working days and upon regularization starting salary is P13,500+
- All Legislated Benefits such as SSS, Philhealth, HDMF, 13th Month pay etc.
- 15 Company Benefits upon regularization such as 20 leave credits per year, health insurance (HMO Intellicare), educational assistance program, Life Insurance, Meal allowance, Clothing allowance etc.
