Overview:

The Media Researcher is responsible for quantitative / qualitative customer research, online analytics, business intelligence and information systems architecture and works with internal and external customers (when necessary) using a wide range of professional skills to support business decisions.

mpact:

1. Data analysis, finding information:
  • Prepare the data analysis with emphasis on the practical applicability of the conclusions;
  • Focus not only on an accurate description of reality, but also on finding information and using it;
  • Use and search for different data sources, so as to bring added value;
  • Involved in the preparation of marketing and media strategies for tenders and key campaigns for existing clients;
  • Collaborate in evaluating the effectiveness of campaigns.

2. Internal services and Analytics & Insights projects:
  • Involved in the preparation of presentations, business offers, information about A & I services;
  • Actively offer A & I services and products to existing and potential customers;
  • Manage and implement entrusted projects;
  • Build and maintain relationships with suppliers and business partners;
  • Respond collaboratively to the requests of all the media agencies in the group, contributing to solving the requirements in the field of media research.

3. Automation and optimization of data outputs:
  • Develop new and automated data output formats for further reporting or analysis;
  • Provides support in all departments for the efficiency of data handling.

4. Consumer market research:
  • Develops consumer market research offers relevant to customer needs;
  • Carry out market research using proprietary panel - preparing a questionnaire, briefing study implementation to relevant team, analyzing data, preparing the final report and, if necessary, presenting the results;
  • Periodically analyzes the efficiency of data collection and the search for ways to improve.


Your
qualifications:

+3 years in a similar role
Strong quantitative and analytical skills
Knowledge of consumer analysis and media strategies
Knowledge of the media market as a whole
Knowledge of specialized media tools (for example: Instar, Masor, MIP)
Knowledge of Power BI is a plus
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency in English (written & spoken)
Detail-oriented, critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
Ability to work successfully with teams and adjust communication style
Excellent time-management skills
Agile in project management
